TWO IN TWO WEEKS FOR ANDY

Amidst the Welsh hills Mid Wales shooting Ground was the venue for the Welsh Open Single Barrel. The day dawned with rain and swirly blustery conditions. The first 4 squads were called at 10 AM and went out to do battle, it was soon evident that the windy conditions were going to play a major part in the placings. Soon a very good score was posted by Paul Berry (98/100)This was to remain unopposed all day and take the Open Title, followed by Darren Morgan (97/100) and Andy Waddington (96/100).
The weather conditions had a big say on the scores that were posted - Andy Waddington returned with a respectable score of (96/100) under the conditions that prevailed, putting him in second in AA class, and joint 3rd place overall and was enough to take the Welsh Open Single Barrel Junior Title.
