Andy Waddy aka " FIBER WAD" Takes Welsh Open Junior Title

A superb weekend and one for everyone to put in their diary for next year. Andy took the honours both in the Junior class and in "B" class also. This concluded in becoming the WELSH OPEN JUNIOR CHAMPION scoring 100/298 100/297 595 / 600
 
Shooting superbly and with confindence the first 50 were despatched with ease, the next layout turned out not to be as easy as a gun malfunction 5 birds into the layout limited him to only the bottom barrel ! so the next 20 were single barrelled only. After some frantic work and a look from Alan Mr Kriegoff Rhone everything was running again and with 75/225 under his belt a 300 was in sight. The squad was willing Andy to do it but on peg 5 the first barrel slipped away followed by a second, you could physically see his shoulders drop with the dissappointment. The pressure must have been immence but he more than many of us is beginning to get into this zone and soon it will feel natural! - Mr Stafford look out !
